When I first found out I was awarded the 6-Month MVP Award at Money Forward Vietnam (MFV), honestly... I was so surprised! I didn't expect it at all. But it also made me really happy knowing that everyone is recognizing the contributions from our product management team, it means a lot.I’ve been with MFV for four years now (as of August 2026). I originally joined as a Middle Accelerator on the SI team. Through all the great opportunities and trust I received here, I moved over to Payroll and eventually grew into my current role as an PdM.Looking back, stepping up into this role wasn't about having all the answers, it was about facing high-stakes challenges head-on and building a structured

In life, we frequently encounter small experiences that result in a subsequent significant impact. Indeed, sometimes 20% of causes can bring 80% of good results, it is like we sow a small seed, then it sprouts into a big tree. If you are thinking of the Pareto or 20/80 rule, you are correct. Today, our Forwardians will bring some “80%” stories that, who knows, may resonate with your life.

It’s never too late to mention that last Sunday was National Best Friend Day. MFV wants to refer that occasion to underscore the vital role of team relationships, teammates, and colleagues in our journey forward. It’s a perfect time to reflect on what truly binds us, moves us forward together.

The emergence of AI has been slithering into every corner of the world, and MFV is no exception. Its emergence, more or less, is controversial as to whether AI will replace human jobs or humanity needs to be wind-headed to be able to harness AI. In MFV, we encourage members to take challenges and have a leadership mindset, which’ why the initiative of harnessing AI is a must. Via an ideathon called EVO AI, we have collected a myriad of ideas, proving that Forwardians are welcoming the application of AI. Among valuable submissions, we have filtered ideas that are best suited for MFV.
